Having started his career as a junior developer, Pavel has progressed through engineering and management roles to reach top leadership positions in IT companies. Throughout his 20-year career, he has consistently set the right direction for innovation at some of the world’s largest companies by combining technical acumen with strategic business insight. His leadership portfolio includes building a 3,000+ professional division delivering digital products for international businesses.
With expertise in project coordination, management and people leadership, Pavel has also co-founded several volunteer digital projects and platforms.

Oleksandr has 16 years of experience in technology, including a decade in strategic leadership. His expertise spans product engineering, data, AI/ML, cloud computing, cybersecurity, quality engineering, intelligent automation and enterprise solutions.
At Intellias, Oleksandr leads the company’s technology strategy and oversees global engineering practices, managing a multinational team of more than 3,000 professionals. He also directs the establishment of global alliances with 40+ partners in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), data, hyperautomation, marketplaces, solutions and services. His work transforming technology functions into world-class operations has helped Intellias earn industry recognition from Gartner, Zinnov Zones and other analytics and technology partners.
Beyond his corporate role, Oleksandr contributes to the tech community by mentoring startups, advising venture programs and investing in technology-driven companies. He is a frequent speaker at industry events, has co-founded several pro bono initiatives and serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
Oleksandr holds an MS in Applied Mathematics from the National Technical University of Ukraine.
