Kyiv, Ukraine — May 2, 2023 — Intellias, a global technology partner to Fortune 500 enterprises and top-tier organizations, received a high ranking in the EY Best Employer 2022 survey for the third consecutive year.
Over 1500 respondents — both experienced IT professionals and junior employees — evaluated the employers according to several criteria, including career growth and development, compensation, and corporate culture. The level of compensation was one of the most important factors for 69% of experienced IT professionals. Personal and professional development and corporate culture were relevant for 61% and 58% of respondents, respectively. Amongst other options, half of respondents marked the importance of remote work.
Intellias received such a high ranking due to the company’s corporate culture, which is based on support, respect, and empathy.
